About this role
HEKS/EPER has been working in Cambodia since the 1980s and in Myanmar since 2017. In Cambodia, it works across eight provinces, applying a market systems development approach to promote inclusive and sustainable agriculture, climate resilience, and secure access and rights to land and natural resources. In Myanmar, HEKS/EPER Myanmar strengthens food security, resilient livelihoods and inclusive economic development. Across both countries there is a strong focus on climate-resilient agriculture, private sector engagement and localisation. Both country programmes also use human-centred design to develop solutions with smallholder farmers and vulnerable communities. For our Mekong programme, we are looking for a pragmatic and entrepreneurial colleague with strong people skills, who builds trust easily with teams, partners and businesses, to take up this position from December 2026 or by agreement.
