Result of Service 1. Provide strategic leadership, technical oversight, and supervisory direction for the planning, implementation, and management of facilities, infrastructure, maintenance, rehabilitation, and construction programmes across multiple locations. 2. Ensure effective management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams, international and national personnel, contractors, and service providers to achieve organizational objectives. 3. Oversee the development and implementation of strategic work plans, technical standards, performance indicators, and resource allocation strategies in alignment with organizational priorities. 4. Ensure effective governance and control of project scope, budgets, schedules, quality, risks, and contractual obligations, promoting accountability and value for money. 5.
