About this role
Under the overall supervision of the Senior Programme Coordinator (DTM) and the direct supervision of the National Information Management and Database Officer – ACDMS, and the technical supervision of the Database and Information Management Officer, the Senior Information Management Associate – ACDMS will be responsible for supporting the operationalisation of the Afghanistan Centralised Database Management System (ACDMS) across multiple IOM programmes. The incumbent will work in close coordination with Programme Managers, designated programme focal points, field offices and field staff to support the complete, timely, accurate and consistent collection, validation, submission and maintenance of programme data in ACDMS. ACDMS is a Country Office (CO)-wide institutional data management initiative intended to provide a centrally governed, secure and interoperable platform supporting programme implementation, beneficiary and service records, referrals and case management, assessments, monitoring and evaluation, reporting and analysis.
