Work Location The modality of the internship is flexible depending on the needs of the candidate, and may be full-time or part-time, and fully in-person in New York, fully remote, or hybrid. Duties and Responsibilities These positions are located in the Office of Supply Chain Management (OSCM) in the Department of Operational Support (DOS). Our interns work as full members of our team, pursue projects that are designed to make a significant difference in OSCM, and have opportunities to learn about the United Nations overall. The Department of Operational Support (DOS) was established to provide end-to-end operational support, advisory services and other solutions to operating entities across the Secretariat, including departments, Offices Away from Headquarters, peace operations, and regional commissions. The Office of Supply Chain Management includes the Office of the Assistant Secretary General for Supply Chain Management, Logistics Division, the Procurement Division, the Uniformed Capabilities Support Division, Global Service Centre, Aviation Safety Section and the Enabling and Outreach Service.…
