We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Disaster Response and Risk Reduction Specialist (Project Manager / Team Leader) based in the Philippines to lead and coordinate the implementation of a national capacity-building project focused on emergency preparedness and response in the public works sector. Please note: This is a project-based, grant-funded consultancy position. Appointment is subject to project award and any required donor approvals. This position is based in the Philippines. No relocation support will be provided.
