Title : Senior Programme Manager Location : Monrovia, Liberia Contract : 2-year fixed term contract Salary : Local Terms and Conditions apply About the role Sightsavers is looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight of our programmes in Liberia. Working closely with the Country Director, technical colleagues, partners and stakeholders, you will help shape and deliver programmes that are evidence-led, responsive and aligned with Sightsavers’ organisational and thematic priorities. You will oversee the country programme portfolio, ensuring programmes are planned, implemented, monitored and evaluated to a consistently high standard. You will support the development of the Country Strategy Paper, respond to changes in the external environment and help identify opportunities for programme growth and innovation. You will also represent Sightsavers externally, building productive relationships with government agencies, donors, development organisations and other strategic partners.
