Terms of Reference: Recruitment Agency Services 1. Background Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) is establishing a regional Investigation & Compliance Support Team based in Nairobi, Kenya. To support the recruitment of qualified professionals for this function, NCA seeks to engage an experienced recruitment agency registered in Kenya to manage the recruitment process. 2. Key responsibilities Review NCA's job descriptions and agree on the recruitment process, workplan, and timetable. Advertise the vacancies and conduct targeted search in Kenya. Screen applications, verify eligibility and qualifications, conduct first-round interviews, administer agreed assessments and conduct second-round interviews together with NCA. Provide a ranked shortlist with brief candidate assessments. Coordinate candidate communication and interview logistics with NCA, and conduct reference and qualification checks.
