Work Location In-Person Full-Time, Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR Expected duration 6 months Duties and Responsibilities This internship is UNPAID, and interns work five days per week (full time – 40 hours). Under the direct supervision of the Programme Manager and in close collaboration with members of the TOC Team, the intern will undertake the following tasks: (1) Support the Programme Manager and the TOC Team in the overall implementation and coordination of programme activities; (2) Assist in drafting, editing, and reviewing official correspondence, reports, briefing notes, presentations, meeting minutes, and other programme-related documents, including document translation and contributions to donor reporting; (3) Contribute to programme communication and visibility efforts by drafting success stories, programme summaries, newsletters, social media content, and other outreach materials highlighting programme achievements and impact; (4) Support coordination and communication with national counterparts, government authorities, implementing partners, civil society organizations, and community-based organizations, as appropriate.
