About this role
Introduction Consultancy support to the Office of the African Group of Negotiators (AGN) on Climate Change to ensure systematic integration of human mobility language into UNFCCC negotiation tracks. The consultant will work closely with IOM on the development of the training modules for the AI-enable capacity building Application on climate mobility in Africa. This includes conducting a gender-sensitive needs assessment of AGN climate negotiators across Africa to identify AI, data and climate mobility capacity gaps undertake structured consultations with AGN negotiators across Africa to identify existing capacity gaps in AI, data, and climate mobility. The consultant will work with IOM and the vendor to ensure that the needs assessment feeds into the development of the App and also work on developing the AI guidelines as one of the App modules.
