Here’s where you come in: As Senior Advisor - Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) , you will provide strategic and technical leadership to advance gender equality, disability inclusion, and social inclusion across the East Asia region. You will develop and deliver a regional GEDSI roadmap, strengthen organizational practices and staff and partner capabilities, embed GEDSI across strategy, programme and proposal design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning, and position World Vision with donors, governments, UN agencies, civil society, and representative organizations.
