About this role
Background: The Cash Project Manager sits in the Country Office Cash & Markets team, reports to the Cash & Markets Programme Manager, and works at middle-management level. The role leads the day-to-day management of a portfolio of CVA grants across several Area Offices. It supervises the Cash & Markets Project Coordinator(s) and is the technical reference point for Area Office cash and market staff. It is the main link between the Country Office, Area Office teams, partners and support functions, turning strategy and donor commitments into on-time, compliant, quality delivery. What you will do: The Cash Project Manager leads the oversea of NRC's cash and markets projects from start to close-out. The role owns project cycle management across multiple grants and Area Offices: planning, budget follow-up, quality assurance, reconciliation of reach figures, and timely donor reporting. It ensures cash reaches people most in need safely and in line with NRC standards, and that market functionality and risk inform every modality decision.
