About the Role All Hands and Hearts is seeking an experienced Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Advisor to build and lead the monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning systems for its humanitarian response in Gaza. Operating in a fast-changing environment with constrained access, AHAH needs reliable, timely evidence on what is reaching communities, what is working, and where programs must adapt. The successful candidate will focus primarily on nutrition Monitoring and Evaluation, ensure quality data collection and reporting to leadership and donors, and put in place mechanisms that let affected communities give feedback and hold the organization accountable. Key Responsibilities M&E Systems and Frameworks: Design and roll out AHAH's M&E framework for Gaza nutrition program, including results frameworks, data collection and analysis, indicator reference sheets and performance monitoring plans aligned with donor requirements and cluster standards.
