About this role
Background: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Group Cash Transfer (GCT) Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our Group Cash Transfer programmes. Within the Cash & Market thematic team, the GCT Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring group cash transfer initiatives in collaboration with Core Competency Specialists and local stakeholders, including Emergency Response Rooms, CBOs, NGOs and community partners. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, project management and financial management skills, along with a deep understanding of humanitarian principles and best practices in cash transfer programming. What you will do: Programme Design and Planning Lead the design and development of group cash transfer programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives. In consultation with stakeholders and line management, conduct assessments and analysis to identify target communities and beneficiaries, as well as their specific needs and preferences.
