About this role
?The Finance and Compliance Coordinator supports the effective management and supervision of the Country Office’s accounting, financial reporting, and compliance processes, with particular attention to data integrity, accurate and timely reporting, and compliance with AVSI procedures, donor requirements, and applicable regulations. The position supervises the correct implementation of accounting processes and the use of the NAVISION accounting system, coordinates periodic financial closing processes, and supports compliance during internal and external audits. The role reviews and analyses financial data to support management and project teams in informed decision-making and contributes to the continuous improvement of financial and administrative processes. The position provides technical supervision and guidance on accounting and financial processes. ? Duty Station: Freetown (with possible missions to secondary offices in the country) ?
