About this role
Result of Service • Output 1: Dynamic Excel costing model, cost-centers dataset, and unit-costing baseline. A fully functional, formulas-driven multi-year Excel model and structured inter-agency dataset integrating operational costing formulas, identified institutional cost centers, ministry-level baseline expenditures, volume assumptions, and 3-scenario fiscal projections (2027–2029) across all responsible state agencies. • Output 2: Draft Financial and Economic Explanatory Note for consultations. Complete narrative Financial and Economic Explanatory Note aligned with the draft law and comparative table, formatted for official legislative submission and presented at consultative working meetings. • Output 3: Parliamentary presentation package and technical brief. Slide presentation deck, briefing notes, and summary on fiscal impact and economic returns of violence prevention, prepared for parliamentary hearings. • Output 4: Finalized Financial and Economic Explanatory Note package.
