About this role
Scope of Work: Filming and Camera Operations: • Operate cameras, lighting and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage for studio productions, interviews, field reports and events. • Set up and manage studio and on-location shoots, including framing, lighting, sound recording and multi-camera setups where required. • Capture b-roll, cutaways and supporting visuals that strengthen storytelling and audience engagement. • Travel to field locations as required to cover news, events and campaign activities. Video Editing and Post-Production: • Edit raw footage into polished news packages, analysis programmes, interviews, short-form social media videos and campaign content. • Add graphics, lower thirds, titles, subtitles, animations, music and sound effects to enhance content. • Perform colour correction, audio mixing and sound balancing to ensure professional broadcast and digital quality. • Format and export content to the required specifications for broadcast, website and social media platforms.
