Result of Service • Supply Chain Diagnostic Assessment Report • Comprehensive assessment of current demand planning, forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, and identified gaps with recommendations for improvement. Demand Planning and Forecasting Framework • Standardized forecasting methodology, planning calendar, forecasting tools, governance structure, and KPIs to improve forecast accuracy across all UNRWA Fields. Supply Planning and Inventory Optimization Framework • Integrated supply planning process, inventory policies, safety stock methodology, min/max stock levels, replenishment parameters, and redistribution mechanisms. Implementation Roadmap and Capacity Building Package • Phased implementation plan (short, medium, and long term), SOPs, training materials, performance indicators, and recommendations for system and process enhancements to support sustainable implementation.
