Opportunity Type: Regular Summary: The IT Endpoint Administrator is responsible for the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and support of all endpoint devices across the organization (HFHI, Affiliates, National Organizations, and Branch Offices), including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment. This role ensures a secure, consistent, and reliable end-user computing environment by managing endpoint life cycle processes, overseeing software deployments, performing patch management, and ensuring compliance with IT policies. The Endpoint Administrator works closely with cross-functional IT teams to maintain system integrity, troubleshoot endpoint issues, and implement robust security controls across the device ecosystem. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of endpoint management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune), device imaging, scripting, and remote support tools, paired with a customer-focused approach to IT support.
