What we are looking for The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) has been supporting people affected by displacement in Lebanon for 20 years. As we embark on an important period of strategic and operational change, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to provide strategic financial leadership , strengthen financial systems , and ensure the effective and accountable use of resources to deliver humanitarian assistance. We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and solutions-oriented finance leader who can navigate change, translate financial data into actionable insights, and balance strong financial controls with the operational flexibility required in a dynamic humanitarian context. This is an exciting opportunity to shape NRC Lebanon’s financial direction, support organisational transformation, and strengthen collaboration with local partners and actors.
