Position : Finance / HR Officer Location : NSPPL Center , MAARET ALNUMAN - IDLIB – SYRIA Duration : 10 Months. Closing date : 22 Oct' 2026 About NSPPL : NSPPL was established in Feb 2013 by a group of Syrian doctors overseas to help people whose limbs were amputated as a result of the Syrian war and provide them with prosthetic limbs and appropriate rehabilitation. NSPPL is a non-profit organization that serves people in Syria and Turkey. NSPPL was licensed in Syria in Feb 2025 as The Syrian Foundation for Prosthetic Limbs and Rehabilitation. Position Summary The role provides support in financial operations and human resources administration, ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing of transactions and personnel actions, and compliance with NSPPL procedures, donor guidelines, and applicable local labour law. Responsibilities and Duties Finance and Accounting Review payment requests and supporting documents to ensure that all required paperwork is accurate, complete, and properly documented.
