**The compensation range for this position is $60,300–$63,000 USD. Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Lindale, Texas, with one in -person workday per week**. Mercy Ships is seeking an experienced Medical Supply Planner. In this role, you will be part of the Global Supply Chain Planning department. This department supports our hospital ships operating in Africa. As a Supply Planner, you are responsible for planning the delivery of Medical Supplies to our Hospital ships serving in Africa. You monitor inventory levels and buffer targets across the supply chain and fulfilling customer special / annual order requests. You work closely with the Medical Demand Planners, a fellow Medical Supply Planner, and various departments within the Global Supply Chain. The intensive coordination with departments at both the Dutch and U.S. offices, as well as with the ships themselves, makes this a dynamic role at the heart of the organization.
