Job Summary As the Program Manager, you will lead the management and technical oversight of all Shelter and WASH related programming in the proposed refugee settlements. You will ensure effective systems and processes are in place to support high-quality programming that advances Catholic Relief Services' (CRS) mission of serving poor and vulnerable populations. The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of project activities in line with the project scope of work, results framework, and M&E plan. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance and capacity strengthening support to local partners and stakeholders and oversee project implementation across assigned geographic areas, ensuring quality, accountability, and timely delivery of results.
