About this role
Purpose of consultancy The consultant will provide dedicated proposal-development, project management and stakeholder coordination support to Unitaid for the development and submission of its Green Climate Fund (GCF) Funding Proposal. Building on the existing GCF concept note, the consultant will coordinate the development of the full Funding Proposal, ensuring that the required technical, operational, financial, country and stakeholder inputs are effectively planned, coordinated, consolidated and integrated into a coherent and high-quality submission aligned with GCF requirements and standards. The consultant will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the overall proposal development workplan, tracking key milestones, actions, dependencies, risks and outstanding issues, and facilitating timely contributions from relevant Unitaid teams, countries, implementing partners, WHO and other stakeholders. The consultant will also support the review, quality assurance and finalization of the Funding Proposal and associated materials through to submission to the GCF.
