Organization: Action Against Hunger – Somalia Position: Finance Manager, Caafimaad Plus Location: Mogadishu (National) Reporting to: Finance Director Technical/Operational Coordination: Consortium Director Start Date: November 2026 Summary of Position The Finance Manager will lead the financial management and oversight of the Caafimaad Plus Consortium and ensure effective financial coordination across all consortium partners. The position will lead the development and refinement of financial tools for budget monitoring, forecasting, financial analysis, partner financial management, and management decision-making. The Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the financial management of the consortium is in line with donor requirements, Action Against Hunger policies, contractual obligations, and applicable accounting standards. The position will lead consolidated budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash-flow management, partner financial monitoring, financial risk management, audit readiness, and financial capacity building across the consortium.
