Work Location Dakar (Senegal) Expected duration 03 months Duties and Responsibilities This position is located in the Anti-Human Trafficking and Migrant Smuggling (TIPSOM) Unit of UNODC Regional Office for West and Central Africa (ROSEN). The Intern will work under the direct supervision of the Associate Programme Officer (TIPSOM Unit, ROSEN), and the overall guidance of the TIPSOM Regional Programme Coordinator. The Intern will assist in the coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the TIPSOM programme portfolio, including the project “Strengthening the capacities of West and Central African states to effectively detect, investigate and prosecute trafficking in persons and migrant smuggling and to protect victims of trafficking and vulnerable migrants” (PROMIS project).
