About this role
1. Background Terre des hommes (Tdh) is Switzerland's largest child rights organisation, active in over 30 countries. Its Migration and Displacement sector has developed two evidence-based Models of Action (MoA) to guide Tdh staff and partners working with migrant, displaced and at-risk children and youth: MoA 1 — Employability and access to employment for young migrants and refugees: Employability and access to employment through (1) Skills and capabilities development, (2) Labour market linkage, and (3) Policy and system strengthening. MoA 2 — Education for children and youth on the move: Structured around the 4As (Availability, Accessibility, Acceptability, Adaptability), leading to empowerment and socio-economic (re)integration. Tdh wishes to make these frameworks accessible to its staff and implementing partners through the development of related self-paced e-learning modules . Tdh already runs a Migration and Displacement e-learning course for staff: the two new modules will be produced in the same format and uploaded to the existing platform by Tdh.
