Program Background Partnerships for Infrastructure (P4I) is an Australian Government initiative supporting quality, inclusive infrastructure development across Southeast Asia. P4I works with partners to strengthen policy and regulatory frameworks and address barriers to infrastructure project development across four sectors, including maritime decarbonisation, with inclusion and climate considerations integrated throughout. P4I is seeking expressions of interest from organisations to form a panel of maritime decarbonisation advisory and delivery providers, supporting activities in Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
