Work Location Onsite/Remote Expected duration The internship is expected to last 3–6 months, with a desired start date in January 2027. Duties and Responsibilities The responsibilities of the interns range from providing research support, assisting in project implementation and development of digital platforms and multi-media content. Each intern will have a work plan which will be developed with the supervisor based on the intern's skills and interests, educational background, and future academic/career plans. The intern will be working within a dynamic team. Duties may include, but are not limited to the following: - Access and download data from key databases on financial markets and financial instruments; - Apply economic theory and quantitative analysis at the intersection of geospatial and time series financial data in relation to thematic areas of space applications (including air pollution, etc.); - Contribute to drafting of reports and papers on space applications; - Assist in developing and/or updating digital platforms and multi-media content; and - Support the team in their day-to-day activities and tasks.
