Under the general supervision of the Division Chief or Section Chief in HRD Total Rewards, the incumbent supports the administration and delivery of benefits and compensation programs. The role combines operational case management, data and documentation review, client service, research and analysis, and process improvement. Assignments may include pension, insurance, benefits/allowances, compensation, employment and job evaluation support, and related policy and program activities. Major Duties and Responsibilities Benefits and pension administration: Supports the day-to-day administration of the Staff Retirement Plan, insurance, allowances, and other assigned benefit programs in accordance with applicable plan provisions, policies, procedures, and service standards. Case management and client service: Responds to inquiries from current and former employees, retirees, beneficiaries, managers, and HR colleagues regarding benefits, entitlements, compensation processes, and related requirements.
