About this role
Result of Service Under the direct supervision of the Director of UNOOSA and in close coordination with colleagues of the Space Sustainability Section and the UNOOSA lead on AI as required, the consultant will perform the following tasks: (a) Onboarding of operators for the United Nations Space Operators Coordination Hub (UN-SOCH) • Support the onboarding of operators for the operator coordination directory developed as UN-SOCH, including content quality control, user guidance and administrative follow-up. • Engage with representatives, operators, and relevant partners to gather feedback on usability, information needs, access arrangements and future functionality. • Prepare short feedback summaries and practical recommendations for iterative improvements, prioritization, and governance of the directory. • Coordinate with relevant UNOOSA colleagues and service providers, as required, to ensure that agreed updates are reflected in the platform and related documentation. • Manage the day-to-day administration of UN-SOCH, including access requests, user accounts, user support and record keeping.
