We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a Regional Human Resources Officer to join our lively and dynamic Eurasia & North Africa team. As our Regional HR Officer, you will contribute to, and promote effective people management and recruitment through support, facilitation, training and advice; encouraging each staff member to attain professional excellence to deliver Tearfund's vision. The HRO will support the Regional HR Business Partner in providing pro-active, quality HR service to the ENA country teams within Tearfund. In particular, to provide support to the Regional HR Business Partner both in terms of HR administration, recruitment, training and assistance in delegated tasks and project work. The post holder also ensures that all HR policies and procedures are communicated, implemented and monitored, and compliant with external and internal requirements, and that Christian values are maintained.
