Work With Us MEAL Trainee Apply Now DRC Uganda is currently looking for a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Trainee. The overall purpose of the role : The MEAL Trainee will support the MEAL Officer in implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) activities at field level. He/she will gain practical experience in data collection, data quality assurance, reporting, accountability mechanisms, and basic data analysis while supporting project teams to track progress and improve program quality. Your main duties and responsibilities will be: Support routine field data collection activities using digital tools such as Kobo Collect. Assist in conducting assessments, surveys, and Post Distribution Monitoring. Participate in spot checks and routine data quality checks in the field. Assist in data entry, cleaning, compilation, and basic analysis using Excel or other data tools. Support preparation of weekly, monthly, and activity reports.
