This new project empowers semi-literate adolescents, youth and adults, between the ages of 12 to 45 in four provinces across Afghanistan, by providing them with opportunities to acquire livelihood skills that are integrated with literacy training and gain knowledge and skills in libraries, communities, and vocational training centers.
