The Middle East and Central Asia Department (MCD) is looking for an experienced and motivated Administrative Coordinator/Senior Administrative Coordinator to lead the administrative and organizational work in Division C. Division C covers 5 countries (Djibouti, Egypt, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen) which has a mix of program/surveillance and EM/LIC/FCS countries. The Lead Administrative Coordinator will play a pivotal role in providing support to the division’s staff under the guidance of the Division Chief and the Deputy Division Chief; and will work closely with a shared administrative coordinator. The responsibilities will include: Workflow Management: Lead the seamless flow of administrative processes within the division. Monitor the busy work agenda, action items, and shifting priorities and ensure deadlines are met. Document Management: Assist with preparation of country-related documents, briefs and memos with precision, ensuring adherence to Fund style and formatting guidelines.
