Result of Service Facilitate on-the-ground execution of the Nigeria Methane Emissions Reduction Pilot Programme (NiMERP) Maintain relationship with key stakeholders in Nigeria in support of NiMERP and other IMEO priorities Provide support for MARS engagement in Nigeria and other priority countries in the region. Performance indicators will be the following: • The effectiveness and management of the work. • Speed and quality of delivery of tasks. • Timely and appropriate communications with UNEP staff and external stakeholders.
