About this role
Duration: Minimum 6 months Hours: 35 hours/ week (Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM) Start Date: March 1, 2027 Are you passionate about education and ready to take on a leadership role in a community-based project? Intiwawa is looking for a committed and organized Education Project Coordinator to oversee and support the learning journey of the over 50 students we work with in Mollebaya, Arequipa. In this role, you will lead and coordinate a team of volunteer teachers, ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our after-school academic support program, and contribute your own ideas to help strengthen the educational impact of our work. You will also serve as the main point of contact for volunteers, parents, and local partners, ensuring that all academic activities run efficiently and align with Intiwawa’s mission.
