Salary: PhP65,000 –70,000/month Hours: 40 hours per week (full time Monday to Friday) with occasional evening/weekend working and travel away from home Position type: 11 month - fixed term contract Responsible to: Programme Manager Direct reports: None Location: ShelterBox Operations Philippines, Cebu, Philippines (time split between warehouse and office) with national travel for disaster responses, and occasional travel to ShelterBox HQ, UK ROLE PURPOSE: The Humanitarian Response Coordinator plays a key role in strengthening ShelterBox Operations Philippines' preparedness, response and humanitarian coordination capacity. Working closely with the Programme Manager, the postholder will coordinate emergency assessments, support the delivery of humanitarian shelter responses, and help ensure programmes are implemented effectively, safely and in line with organisational and donor requirements. The role combines emergency preparedness, response coordination, partner management and programme quality oversight.
