The assignment includes sourcing both a short-term furnished serviced office solution and a long-term office relocation option that meets CBM's operational, accessibility, security, and business continuity requirements for approximately 55 staff members. About the Assignment: CBM is an international Christian development organisation committed to improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities and other marginalised populations living in low-income communities. As part of its operational requirements in Kenya, CBM seeks suitable office premises within Nairobi that provide a professional, accessible, secure, and inclusive working environment while supporting future organisational growth.
