PCPM - Polish Center for International Aid is one of the leading Polish INGOs, operating in Ukraine, Lebanon, Syria, oPt, Ethiopia, South Sudan and Kenya, funded by the Polish Government, DG ECHO, OCHA pooled funds, WFP and other institutional donors. PCPM has three pillars of operations: 1) emergency preparedness and response, including through the WHO-classified Emergency Medical Team. 2) humanitarian aid, including assistance in refugee crises 3) long-term development programs, including refugee-centered and social programs in Poland. As part of its new programmatic approach, PCPM aspires now, funding permitting, to open humanitarian and/or development operations in new geographic and sectoral areas. Responsibilities: Participate in development of and take lead in implementation of strategy of expanding PCPM's international program presence. Set up or expand PCPM program presence abroad in selected countries, including identification of programs and local partners, establishing and registering local presence as appropriate, implementing initial program activities.
