About this role
Construction Manager - Caribbean Location: The successful candidate must be a citizen of a CARICOM Member State or the Dominican Republic and will be based within the region. Frequent travel across the Caribbean region is required for this role. Term: Fixed Term till 31st March 2028 with possibility of renewal subject to performance and donor funding. The starting salary for this position is $5,500 USD monthly inclusive of allowances. About the role: The Construction Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, management and technical oversight of assigned physical security and stockpile management programme activities relating to the rehabilitation and construction of storage areas across the Caribbean, in accordance with MAG global policies and WAM Construction SOPs. About you: At least five (5) years’ experience of working in construction activities. Experience of managing projects, tender processes, third party contractors and ensuring quality delivery of work.
