Their responsibilities include conducting assessments, distributing food, maintaining records and providing training. Their role is crucial in addressing malnutrition during emergencies. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Nutrition Technician for RRTs has the following responsibilities and duties: 1. Nutritional survey of children and pregnant and lactating women. 2. Detection of malnutrition cases in children under 5 years and pregnant and lactating women. 3. Admission of children or pregnant and lactating women to the malnutrition program, according to the condition of each one of them, after taking the MUAC measurement a second time after the community health factor. 4.
