EMERGENCY is an independent, neutral and non-political Italian organization that provides free, high quality medical and surgical treatment to the victims of war, landmines and poverty. EMERGENCY promotes a culture of peace, solidarity and respect for human rights. Since February 1998, Emergency has been running a Rehabilitation and Social Reintegration Centre in Sulaymaniyah, providing free and long-term treatments for disabled and amputee patients. Duration: 6 months, with possibility of extension Location: EMERGENCY RRehabilitation and Social Reintegration Centre in Sulaymaniyah Working hours: Part time - the working schedule will be defined monthly according to organizational and operational needs Reporting to: Rehab Director Salary range: 300 USD - 400 USD Scope of the position: The role contributes to EMERGENCY’s communication and media activities in Iraq, supporting both content production and press office activities in alignment with the organization’s communication strategy.
