About this role
The Emergency Supply Prepositioning Strategy (ESUPS) initiative is seeking an experienced consultant to support the planning, coordination and delivery of its global event on prepositioned humanitarian stocks, scheduled for October 2027 in Stockholm, Sweden (location to be confirmed) . The event will bring together UN agencies, NGOs, donors, governments, private sector representatives and academia to strengthen coordination and collective approaches to humanitarian stock management. Working with the ESUPS Project Manager, the consultant will support event governance and planning, stakeholder mapping and engagement, agenda and speaker coordination, communications, logistics, participant registration, documentation, on-site coordination and post-event reporting. The role focuses on organisational and operational coordination rather than event facilitation.
