PIN empowers civil society, advocates for human rights, and promotes social inclusion both at home and abroad. About the role: The Deputy Country Director for Program (DCDP) supervises the entire program portfolio. The DCDP is responsible for defining program development and implementation strategies, and planning on the basis of the overall Country Strategy, in close cooperation with Country Director, including formulation of new project proposals and continuous improvement of program’s implementation and quality.
