About this role
Purpose of Consultancy This consultancy will provide hands‑on, operational M&E and data management support to the WHO M&E team, contributing to routine monitoring activities, data product development, and analytical workstreams. Background The WHO Philippines Country Office is strengthening its Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) support to the Department of Health (DOH) to improve evidence‑based decision‑making, tracking of health outcomes, and alignment with Universal Health Care (UHC) priorities. This includes supporting SDG 3 monitoring, national priority indicators, and subnational performance analysis to inform planning and resource allocation. As part of this effort, there is an increasing need for operational‑level support to manage, process, and analyse health data from multiple sources (e.g., DOH systems, PSA data, LGU reports), ensuring consistency, quality, and usability for routine monitoring and reporting.
