Result of Service I. A comprehensive desk review of existing biodiversity and environmental coordination mechanisms in Armenia and relevant international models, providing an evidence base for the design of a fit-for-purpose national biodiversity coordination mechanism; II. A Coordination Mechanism Concept document, developed through structured stakeholder consultations, proposing options for establishing or adapting an inter-agency coordination body for biodiversity in Armenia – including an analysis of the potential to build on the existing Inter-Agency Council on Climate Change and the feasibility of adding a dedicated Secretariat function; III. A Legal Mapping Note identifying the specific legal and/or administrative act(s) that will need to be developed to formally establish the proposed coordination mechanism under Armenian law (e.g. government decree, ministerial order, or amendment to existing mandates), including a description of the process and responsible authority for adoption of each act; IV.
