Purpose of the Post Under the supervision of the Senior Human Resources Officer and close coordination with the HR Officer (Entitlements and Information Management), the incumbent supports the accurate, timely, and compliant administration of payroll, compensation, benefits, and staff entitlements, contributing to the effective delivery of high-quality human resources services. Required Competencies Ability to plan, organize and prioritize a high volume of tasks/transactions and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines. Thoroughness and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of output. Ability to work effectively under pressure with a hands-on and solutions-oriented approach. Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and explain complex payroll concepts and processes in a concise and understandable manner to diverse audiences. Ability to work harmoniously, build and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels in a multicultural team.
