Description : ** PENDING BUDGET APPROVAL ** 1. SUMMARY The mission of the Operations Division of the International Staff is to prepare NATO for the defence of Alliance territory, to respond to crises at home and abroad, and to strengthen the capabilities of partners. The incumbent will oversee the transition and governance of changes of the Strategic Space Situational Awareness System (3SAS) Programme in the operating and maintenance phase. They will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the activities related to the Programme’s Steering Group and provide advice to the 3SAS Programme Manager on matters related to budget and implementation of the Programme. Additionally, they will act as the 3SAS product owner and ensure the governance of security and functionality changes across the lifetime of the applications. The incumbent is expected to manage the relationship between technology and business at the project level. 2.
