Role Summary Siren Associates is seeking a Senior RMEL (Research, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning) Officer to coordinate the design and implementation of ANCHOR’s RMEL system, ensuring rigorous data collection, analysis, and reporting across all components. Based in Amman and reporting to the Project Manager while working closely with Siren’s HQ RMEL Lead, the Senior RMEL Officer will lead perception surveys (baseline, midline and endline), and drive learning processes to inform adaptive management and donor reporting. This role combines technical expertise in quantitative and qualitative methods with strong field engagement and coordination skills. Want to learn more about us?
