Polish Humanitarian Action is a non-governmental organization that aims to provide humanitarian and development aid to people affected by natural disasters and armed conflicts. Over 33 years of operation, we have provided humanitarian assistance to more than 17.8 million people in 52 countries. PAH invites you to submit offers for conducting the Management and Leadership training for the Polish Humanitarian Action in Ukrainian Country Office and for PAH Headquarters in Poland. Expected results The selected service provider shall design, facilitate and support delivery of a leadership development programme that enables managers and senior leaders to: Build empathy as a core management competency. Improve self-awareness and understanding of leadership behaviours. Strengthen people management and team leadership. Enhance decision-making through improved understanding of individuals and organisational systems. Improve communication, trust and collaboration across teams. Support organisational culture development through practical behavioural change.
